USA:


  • H-1B visa is designed to enable US employers hire foreign workers in specialty occupations on a temporary basis. A specialty occupation is one that requires (a) the theoretical and practical application of a body of highly specialized knowledge and (b) the attainment of a bachelor or higher degree in the specific specialty (or its equivalent) as a minimum for entry into the occupation in the US .
  • B-1 Visa nationals of countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program (VWP) need not obtain a visa to perform regular business activities in the US . These countries are Andorra , Australia , Austria , Belgium Brunei, Denmark , Finland , France , Germany , Iceland , Ireland , Italy , Japan , Liechtenstein , Luxembourg , Monaco , the Netherlands , New Zealand , Norway , Portugal , San Marino , Singapore , Slovenia , Spain , Sweden , Switzerland , and the United Kingdom. Nationals of other countries will need a visa to perform business activities in the US , most likely the B-1 visa.

New Zealand:

    The visa was developed in consultation with state and territory governments and is designed to assist regional areas attract, and retain, skilled migrants to fill skill shortages, boost development in regional communities, and counter the population decline in rural areas.

    The SIR (Provisional) visa is a temporary visa valid for a period of 3 years.
